The book my kids actually fight over
I never thought I'd see the day my kids would argue over a book! They both want to read it at the same time. The colorful illustrations grab their attention, and the fun facts keep them coming back. It's replaced screen time in our house, which is a huge win!
Education and Fun
I’m happy with this book. However, we don’t use it like an Encyclopedia. Each chapter is a subject. For example, chapter one is a bunch of different facts and lessons about the body. Such as why we dream, why we fart, etc. Each page is a lesson, one page covered why we dream. I read one page a night to my son. So he learns something. Then I read a chapter from a book of his choosing, usually fiction. This book is a little pricey, but I chalked it up to all of the knowledge in it. Kind of like why text books cost so much. I just consider it an investment in my kid’s future.
Perfect for school projects
We’ve already used the Space section for a science poster. Very helpful!
Beautifully organized
I love how it’s split into different themes like technology and nature.
Vibrant and engaging
The colorful illustrations truly bring each page to life.
Birthday party hit!
We gave this to a friend's son and it was the highlight of the gifts. Excellent quality.
I love this book
I absolutely love this book. I liked it so much that I bought 2 more so that my children and I can read them together. I think every kid should have this book. It makes for meaningful conversations and definitely good for ice breakers when meeting other kids and talking to adults. I like that my children know a little something about everything. Help your child appear to be more intelligent when speaking with others. Give them something to talk about other than what's on TV and what video game they're playing. Yes, it's paperback as some have mentioned, but I like that it's comic style because it makes learning these facts more interesting. It's a bit pricey, but worth it to have my kids actually learn something new that will stick with them. Heck, I'm even learning new things.
