By purchasing, downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using any Curious Minds Publishing product or service, you agree to the following terms:

Refunds & Subscription Terms

Curious Minds Publishing offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on a customer's initial order only.

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us. 

This guarantee applies solely to the initial order and does not apply to:

  • subscription renewal payments,

  • recurring membership charges,

  • subsequent purchases,

  • upgrades,

  • add-on purchases, or

  • replacement purchases.

Due to the digital nature of some of our products and the immediate access provided to downloadable files and subscription content, all subscription renewal payments and recurring billing charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund for any renewal payment already processed.

Intellectual Property & License

All Curious Minds Publishing content—including but not limited to illustrations, graphics, layouts, educational materials, activities, worksheets, branding, designs, text, downloadable resources, concepts, subscription content, and digital products—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, individual household use only.

Without prior written permission from Curious Minds Publishing, you may not:

  • reproduce,

  • modify,

  • duplicate,

  • republish,

  • upload,

  • distribute,

  • share,

  • resell,

  • sublicense,

  • repost,

  • commercially exploit,

  • publicly display,

  • create derivative works from,

  • scan,

  • transmit any part of our products in any format.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of files is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • uploading files to websites or cloud storage,

  • posting in social media groups or forums,

  • sharing through email or messaging apps,

  • redistributing in classrooms or organizations,

  • uploading to marketplaces,

  • using content for AI training datasets, or

  • sharing with multiple households or users.

Curious Minds Publishing products may not be used for commercial, educational, classroom, therapeutic, organizational, or client distribution purposes unless a separate extended-use license has been explicitly granted in writing.
